War within

I've stopped judging people. Why? Because I've realized that everybody's going through something or the other. You might not be able to see because the happiest faces hide behind the saddest stories, but it's true. Nobody's life is as easy as it seems to you. Life isn't meant to be easy. You might not like a person but that doesn't make the person bad, they might not just be your type. You might think that you know a person very well and so you can judge them and make statements about them, but that's not right, even if you're a family member, even if you know the person since ever; because there's a war that everybody goes through within them, a war that nobody's aware of, a war that cannot be expressed. But that war has the greatest contribution in making us who we are. Some struggles, some sufferings are visible, but there's a lot more that goes unnoticed. So from next time when you'll be about to make an opinion about anyone, pause and ask, 'do you even know the person well to do so?'. Those lost feelings, that resistance towards changes, the memories of all that we lost in the journey, insecurities, struggles to find purpose and a lot many, we all go through so much. And we need to appreciate ourselves and everyone out there to fight through these wars. Felicitate yourself with love for having emerged as a warrior through all the wars within.
