 'Distance doesn't separate people'

As we grow we realize, 

Everyone we met had a role to play. 

Some were meant to be temporary 

While few others had to stay. 

But some of those temporary characters 

Make a permanent place in the heart.

They stay so close in our memories 

But in distance, they're miles apart. 

Have heard somewhere that everyone we meet 

Is connected to us in some ways. 

Some hold our hands in the darkest phase,

Some accompany in the brightest days. 

Nobody can understand the power of these connections, 

These things are quite supernal. 

Distance doesn't separate people 

When the connections are eternal.
